We Value and Support Diverse Ideas
To realize our vision, Microsoft Canada has established a number of initiatives to promote and integrate diversity and inclusion at every level within our organization, and to demonstrate this commitment locally, nationally, and globally. From subsidized Employee Resource Groups to Canadian Women’s Conferences and Professional Development Series to Employee, Manager and Leader training courses. We’ve also created programs dedicated to, among other things, attracting, retaining and developing the careers of a broad range of diverse employee populations at Microsoft. We start out young and even reach out to elementary schools to educate young girls about the power and influence that technology can have in our world so that they can feel inspired to get into the fields of science.
