Recruitment Fraud Awareness

We wanted to make you aware of some unfortunate recent incidents whereby organizations/individuals (“persons”), claiming to act on behalf of Microsoft India’s companies have contacted potential job seekers/candidates and made false offers/promises of employment with Microsoft India companies. And in turn have asked for payment of money against ‘fees’ on account of placement fee, application fee, caution deposit, etc.

Please note that Microsoft India (including any agencies/firms that conduct recruitments on its behalf) do not, under any circumstances, require money or payment from applicants during the recruitment process. Any such communications requiring payment that appear to originate from Microsoft India are unauthorized and fraudulent in nature. This could originate from fictitious and misleading e-mail addresses, websites, portals or online social networking sites. You are advised not to respond to such unauthorized communications and/or offers from such persons. You are also advised to notify any such incidents to Microsoft India at recfra@microsoft.com

Please note that Microsoft India and its companies will not be liable for any misrepresentations made in any such unauthorized or fraudulent communication or any costs and consequences associated therewith.

Located in Hyderabad, Microsoft IT-India is a part of a sprawling 54-acre Microsoft campus which has been designed to match international environment standards. LEAP!
  • Hit the ground running.
    MSIT believes in empowering its new recruits with all the necessary tools and learning's required to demonstrate high degree of fluency in the areas that are most critical to support their initial work on the job. Thus, MSIT has designed the LEAP Engineer Acceleration Program, an intensive multi-week program designed to expose  participants to the tools and techniques that will be necessary for them to be most effective the first day on the job. 

    With heavy usage of in lab hands on projects, and some lectures, the participants will rapidly increase their fluency in the areas that are most fundamental to their new jobs.  LEAP also provides the building blocks for social interactions to help in the process of inclusion in the Microsoft engineering staff.

    The primary objective of LEAP is to provide the students with enough lecture and experiential learning such that when they leave they are as proficient and knowledgeable in their job as an employee who had spent 9 months on the job within a product team.
