Some of you may expect Microsoft’s atmosphere to be cool and dry, but in fact, many of our employees are “passionate” at both work and play.  We have a number of club activities and events, and they create a lot of excitement on weekends and holidays.

There are currently 23 company clubs in Microsoft Japan.  Employees refresh themselves through sports and hobbies and deepen inter-employee communication across all divisions.

Microsoft’s baseball team is named “Windows”! This was established as the first club in Microsoft Corporation and boasts over 15 years of history. Our team has won first place in amateur baseball competitions on numerous occasions. On the other hand, we never forget to enjoy baseball through communicating with professional players and observing their camps. We are currently recruiting new members!

Symphony Orchestra Club
The main purpose of this orchestra is to promote inter-employee interactions through performing in the orchestra. We also work together with volunteer musicians and hold family concerts, etc. as a part of social contribution activities.
