You have the rare balance of superior written communication skills and a keen understanding of the finer details of technology. Technical writers play a crucial role across the breadth of our company to facilitate understanding of our goals, concepts and technology products with both internal and external audiences.

As a technical writer, you are responsible for the design, development, deployment, vision, and business strategy for our content. This includes content creation, acquisition, production, editorial and other publishing activities across our many businesses. Whether your content reaches its audience through the Web, in print, as learning products, games, customer support or new channels not yet determined, you are the voice of our company.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a B.A. degree in English, Communication or similar; M.A. degree or additional background in Technical Writing or programming desired
  • Proven technical writing skills
  • Demonstrated passion for technology
  • Understanding of programming concepts and programming languages are a plus

Programmer writers are the vital bridge between communications and programming. You develop the detailed documentation that our programmers rely upon to create, maintain and evolve our technologies. You research functions and features, write code to determine how products work and then translate it into written documentation.

You’ll write technical references, programming guides and sample code to demonstrate development techniques. Come on board as a member of our dedicated team of writers, editors and programmers supporting the next generation of our technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a B.A. degree in English, Communication or similar; M.A. degree or additional background in Technical Writing or programming is a plus
  • Proven technical writing skills
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++ and C#
