Technical Account Manager

A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a trusted business advisor to Microsoft's Premier Support customers providing valuable guidance around operations and optimization of their IT infrastructure through quality Service Delivery Management. Once a Premier customer has deployed a Microsoft product, if something unexpected occurs, the TAM, working with Global Business Support (GBS), manages the incident to resolution and then follows up to ensure either product improvement within Microsoft or operational improvement within the customer's IT environment. By maintaining a long-term relationship with their customers a TAM gains an understanding of their customers' IT organizations' impact on overall business, their IT goals, and their pain points - which is used by the TAM to create a Service Delivery Plan ensuring their customers' operational success with Microsoft products.

Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

SDETs are highly technical and use their technical prowess to build and maintain automation systems, debug and isolate problems, and execute creative tests to make sure our software is ready for prime time. SDETs write a lot of code to test software features and extend our automation infrastructure. You work closely with SDEs and PMs, each contributing equally to the development life cycle. User Experience Designer

As a User Experience Designer, you are responsible for driving cross-team collaboration with the world’s best user experience researchers, program managers, product planners and developers from the early stages of planning through implementation. User Experience Researcher

Giving end users an experience without problems isn't good enough; we want the experience to be immersive and pleasurable for each and every customer. We need to know our users and understand their perceptions, desires, needs, frustrations, environments and problems related to Microsoft devices and services.
