Producer - Turn 10 Studios

Turn 10 Studios, creators of the Forza Motorsport franchise and part of Xbox, is looking for a talented and dynamic Producer to join our team in Redmond, WA. The right type of person for our team has a knack for finding their way through problems, and has an approachable personality used to communicate ideas and feedback.   As a Producer in the team, you will shepherd big and small game releases from initial concept to final delivery. You’ll have a key role to play in establishing and maintaining clear and adaptable goals and road maps. You will play a role in our high-performing, high quality culture, always seeking out opportunities to improve and shape it. Through your contributions, we’ll continue to deliver amazing experiences in top-tier, AAA racing games.

 

Responsibilities:  

Manage day-to-day production of a major title, working with a virtual team spanning engineering, test, localization, user research, licensing, and legal.  

Plan and execute consistent high quality releases on schedule.  

Coordinate tasks and manage dependencies across disciplines and team boundaries.  

Facilitate communication and collaboration across Turn 10 teams and external partner teams.  

Skillfully navigate obstacles and solve problems by leveraging the team around you.  

Keep team members regularly informed via timely reporting of pertinent information  

Work with internal and external partners to plan and deliver high-quality product releases and updates  

Observe and affect team culture; bringing positivity and passion to work every day.


Qualifications:  

3+ years of AAA game production experience (published or internally developed).  

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills.  

Organized, with an acute attention to detail.  

Ability to effectively communicate with anyone, and partner with all disciplines.  

Experience working with licensed content is a plus.  

Some business travel, including international travel, will be required.
