As Leader of the EMEA Bing Ads Support team based in Dublin, you will have responsibility for a multi-disciplined, intently customer focused team of 40 technical professionals. The EMEA Bing Ads Support team is deeply integrated in the Microsoft Search business, and is fundamental to realizing our core priorities of Being Client Obsessed and Making MSA a Growth Engine for Microsoft. As leader of the EMEA Support team, you will own and be response for developing the connections and engagements across Sales, Engineering and partner teams – you will be expected to lead, drive and foster this stakeholder engagement and management to advance our Search business. 

Internally with Bing Ads Support, will you be a member of the Global Support Leadership Team, and together with colleagues across the US and APAC region, will be responsible for setting, executing and delivering the Support strategy aligned to the MSA vision. 

Success in this leadership role will require ability to set and inform Strategy based on insight and data; the ability to translate Strategy into execution plans that motivate and positively challenge the team; and adeptness to always keep customer success and stakeholder trust front and center.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Management & leadership experience in a fast moving, technical and/or on-line business 

- Demonstrated passion and ability for building high performing teams in a demanding and often ambiguous environment 

- Proven capacity to realize high quality, customer experiences through others 

- Senior level stakeholder management skills to deliver results through negotiation and collaboration 

- Talent attractor with proven history attracting and developing new leaders 

- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and analytical skills – ability to translate complex concepts for a variety of audiences
