CRM Support Engineer- External Staff Position

CSS EMEA Dynamics and SMSP is part of the CSS EMEA – Business Organization providing a range of technical support and business enablement services on Microsoft products/services to Customers, Partners and SMB Customers across EMEA. Our objective is to provide service and support which wins the loyalty of Microsoft Dynamics customers and partners. In addition, we partner with the EMEA Dynamics field organizations to support Microsoft’s broad sales and marketing goals for the business demonstrating that CSS is a strategic asset for Microsoft’s Dynamics, Enterprise and SMSP business.

The Dynamics CRM Support Engineer is a trusted advisor to fellow IT Professionals, using their technical skills to solve high level complex problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge. Frequently, these problems will not only be technically complex, but will also require a customer oriented mindset. You will have a chance to be involved in troubleshooting various environments for some of the world’s largest companies.

As a Dynamics CRM Engineer you will represent Microsoft in customer communication via phone, email, or chat to assist customers in resolving technical issues involving Microsoft products and services.   - Exhibit leadership through personal responsibility, accountability and teamwork.

- Act as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other companies. - Manage crisis situations that may involve technically challenging issues and diverse audiences. - Own and resolve technically complex mission critical or politically hot customer issues. - Use trace analysis, debug skills and other proprietary tools, to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs.   - Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, developers, architects, and executive management.


Technical Requirement:

CRM Products in Small & Medium Business or Enterprise marketplace  

2 or more of the following areas:  

➢ Active Directory ➢ Exchange Server (ideally 2010 or higher)   ➢ Outlook (ideally 2010 or higher)   ➢ SharePoint Server (ideally 2010 or higher)   ➢ Microsoft SQL Server (ideally 2012 or higher)   ➢ ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services)   ➢ Internet Explorer (ideally IE 10 or higher)   ➢ Developer Skills (Object Oriented Programming Concepts applied ideally with C#, C++, JScript) ➢ .NET Framework ➢ OS (ideally Windows 7 or higher for the client and Windows Server 2008 R2 or higher)   ➢ Network Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) ➢ IIS and HTTP based applications   ➢ Virtual Machines (Hyper-V) and Cloud Computing

-However- If you do not possess in-depth knowledge of the above, we require you to have an overall IT basic knowledge on which we can build upon, together with high desire, being extremely motivated to develop yourself into a technology expert.
