Release Manager - Turn 10 Studios

At Turn 10 Studios, our vision is to continue to grow Forza into the top automotive entertainment brand in the world. Our fans are what make this vision possible, and we are focused on delivering high-quality, timely games and updates to our ever-growing community on a continual basis. To deliver on this commitment, we are seeking a talented, proactive, quality-focused Producer to shepherd our game releases and to run our Release Management team.

This role collaborates with game and business teams to develop release plans that deliver fresh and exciting content to our players, all while identifying and mitigating risks along the way. As our catalog of products continues to grow, this individual will manage a team to scale with it, building best practices and instilling qualities that set them up for success.

This position will also develop great relationships with our partner teams to support our current releases, as well as driving the strategic needs of Turn 10. Successful candidates will have an eye for details, a commitment to delivering great customer experiences, and a passion for making amazing games.


• Work closely with product teams to understand full release schedule and business goals behind each release.

• Drive the release process end-to-end, including defining and reporting against milestones and key dates, holding reviews with stakeholders, preparing dependencies, and executing on plans.

• Clearly communicate issues, impact, and possible options as they arise, and develop action plans through partner collaboration.

• Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into incidents affecting the team or players.

• Develop and maintain a resourcing plan that accommodates the release management needs of the studio.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years working in games industry, with experience managing releases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Organized, with a great attention to detail.

• Ability to effectively communicate with anyone and partner with teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
