Small and Mid-Market Solutions
Small and Mid-Market Solutions and Partners works with our ecosystem of partners, including systems integrators, resellers, distributors, hosters, managed service providers and readiness partners, to deliver technology solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. The SMS&P team is responsible for selling the broad spectrum of Microsoft products and cloud services, an exciting growth area for Microsoft.
Dynamics is a Microsoft brand grouping products and services that automate business processes to improve company performance. Microsoft Dynamics is comprised of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software applications. These applications are delivered through a network of reselling partners who provide specialized services. We offer solutions for small and midsized as well as enterprise businesses.
Marketing and Operations
The U.S. Marketing & Operations organization drives the strategic integration of marketing and operations across eight MSUS teams: Microsoft Office Division, Windows Client, Server & Tools, Central Marketing Organization, Developer & Partner Evangelism, Enterprise Marketing, Compete, and Business Planning & Operations.
Licensing and Pricing
The Worldwide Licensing and Pricing team is responsible for providing complex analytical and contract negotiation support for the expansive customer base within Enterprise, Public Sector, SMS&P and other sales segments throughout Microsoft. Licensing professionals work directly with customers to meet their volume licensing needs, with an emphasis on shortening licensing sales cycles.
