Microsoft ACE rotation program

With an optional internship between your junior and senior year of college, followed by two one-year rotations in our marketing and consumer business organization, the ACE program will give you the chance to work in different marketing roles, without changing jobs. You will have an opportunity to learn and develop a broader range of marketing skills. Our ACE program participants walk away with more confidence in their skills – and a clearer picture of the career path they would like to follow.
