Recognize Exclusion, Design for Inclusion

What unnecessary barriers do you (inadvertently) create, and who do they exclude? Bryce Johnson, Inclusive Lead for Microsoft, takes us through Microsoft Inclusive Design principles and shares tips on how you can remove unnecessary friction from your experiences. Bryce initiated and designed the very first Inclusive Tech Lab at Microsoft, a facility where people can explore how individuals with disabilities interact with Microsoft games, services, and devices.
