  • 100% empowered by employees

At Microsoft, we strive to create inclusive environments where everyone can bring their unique selves and thrive. Two key enablers of Microsoft’s culture of inclusion are the company’s nine Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Microsoft’s various peer-led Employee Communities. Since 1989, ERGs have been employee-led and centrally funded groups that are essential in enhancing connectivity, support, and inclusion at Microsoft. Alongside the nine ERGs, Employee Communities provide additional spaces for support, mentorship, and expanding our networks. ERGs and Employee Communities are open to all Microsoft employees.
