TechRoots was built to contribute towards the growth of people of color in technology by bringing people together, building connections, and giving tech professionals the opportunity to learn from one another to achieve their professional goals.

    TechRoots was initiated in January 2016. We now host invite-only events in Seattle, the Bay area, Atlanta, and virtually.

    TechRoots events cater to the location the event is held, but you should expect an enriching experience no matter where you are located. 

    Past events have included speakers from expert engineers and technical thought-leaders, networking and community opportunities, discussions on the latest industry news, and more.
