We won’t be conducting real-time interviews at the booth. Instead, our goal is to connect, share opportunities, and schedule interviews later so candidates can prepare and have the best experience possible.
Even without interviews, visiting our booth is valuable. You’ll have the chance to network with Microsoft employees, learn about our culture and projects, and get advice on how to align your skills with future opportunities.
Use your time in line to reflect on how your experiences align with Microsoft’s core values and prepare to share your skills. You can also network with fellow attendees and connect with Microsoft employees to learn more about our culture and innovative projects.
We won’t be collecting physical résumés at the booth. Instead, you’ll scan a QR code to share your information with our recruiting team, who will follow up if your skills align with an open role.
Make networking easier by sharing your LinkedIn profile in creative ways—like using a QR code on your phone or business card, sending a quick LinkedIn message with a personal note, or using a digital business card app for instant connections.
After the conference, continue your momentum by exploring Microsoft’s open roles, checking the Action Center if you’ve applied, and sharpening your skills with LinkedIn Learning. Stay ready—you never know when the right opportunity will open.
We encourage you to connect with us on LinkedIn to stay inspired and informed long after the event.
