What can I expect to do during my internship?
Will I work in one group during this experience?

Our interns are placed in a practice group for the duration of the summer, receiving the majority (80 – 90%) of their work from their assigned group, and the remainder from other practice groups in CELA. All work is tracked as "intern projects" and includes a broad range of responsibilities, which may include researching legal issues impacting business strategy, drafting transactional documents, attending client meetings and product reviews, and collaborating with internal teams on cross-group projects. We encourage our Legal interns to work on various projects across the organization to gain exposure in many different areas.
