Medical records. Grocery inventories. Emergency service dispatching. Video calls. Emails. Gaming. Online retail and payments. Banking. Mobile phone networks. Almost everything you can think of in modern society uses the internet in some way. Sure, the tasks are routine, and the shifts are regular. But the impact and sense of purpose you can enjoy from the work is hard to overstate. There’s satisfaction in maintaining world-class infrastructure, and pride in enabling everyday life to function.

Powering everything are datacenters—giant warehouses filled with tens of thousands of interconnected computer servers that make it all work, all the time. And powering those are our Datacenter Operations teams—people with all sorts of backgrounds, and from all walks of life who keep it all running. It’s routine work with extraordinary impact.

Transitioning service members approved to participate in a Skillbridge Program.
Military Pathway Experience:

Pathway Experience:
The Neurodiversity Hiring Program (NDHP) started in 2015 with the goal to solve the “front door” experience for neurodivergent candidates by providing a different interview approach. Recognizing that interviews are often designed for neurotypical ways of thinking, we aim to help remove barriers that neurodivergent individuals may face during interviews and offer the right support, allowing candidates to showcase their unique talents while considering Microsoft as a preferred employer.
Who should apply?
Neurodivergent candidates interested in pursuing a full-time opportunity as a CET or DCT at Microsoft.
