I came from a Talent Acquisition background but was ready for something new. I wanted to stay in HR and take on a more strategic role, though I wasn’t sure what that would look like. The HR2P program provided exactly that—a high-impact experience where I could explore the different flavors HR offers; all while being supported by a program that prioritizes my career growth. This program opened doors to areas I hadn’t considered. After 3 years, you'll have diverse experience and a vast network supporting you.
