This is Microsoft’s fourth year at the China International Import Expo. Since opening in 2018, the fair has continued to grow and become the most important stage for Microsoft to show our technical capabilities, report cooperation achievements, expand ecological opportunities, and promote win-win cooperation in the Chinese market.

The 15th meeting of the conference of the parties of the United Nation’s Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP15) focused on global environmental efforts, formulate the “Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework”, and set new goals for biodiversity conservation around the world. Microsoft’s “AI for Earth” project in China was selected as one of the 19 “100+ outstanding biodiversity positive practices and actions around the world”.

Microsoft Ignite China launched in Beijing on January 6th, 2022. The two-day live broadcast featured dozens of top technical experts from Microsoft around the world and has introduced Microsoft's focus on metauniverse, hybrid work, and cloud computing.
