Neurodiversity Hiring

  • Great minds don’t always think alike. At Microsoft, we celebrate the differences that make us stronger.

We built the Microsoft Neurodiversity Hiring Program on the belief that neurodivergent individuals strengthen a workforce with innovative thinking and creative solutions. Diverse teams positively impact our company culture, working environment and how we serve our customers.

The Neurodiversity Hiring program seeks to attract talented neurodivergent candidates and provide the training and support needed for career growth and success.

Through this program, applicants engage in an extended interview process that focuses on interview preparation activities, workplace insights and cultural connection to Microsoft. Our process gives candidates the opportunity to showcase their unique talents while learning about Microsoft as an employer of choice.
