    Qualifying global early in career, interns, MSSA, and LEAP hires, regardless of role or title, will be part of a rich, 1+ year learning and development journey called the Microsoft Aspire Experience with unique programming exclusively curated and designed to meet you where you are and will help guide you towards the career of your dreams.

  • To be enrolled in the Microsoft Aspire Experience, you must meet the following criteria:

     

    Requirements include one of the following:

    • MSSA program completion
    • LEAP apprenticeship completion
    • Hired through our Early in Profession team and on-track to complete or within 12 months of graduation of a bachelors, masters, PhD or eligible program upon hire date

     

    In addition to one of the above requirements participants must also:

     

    Be assigned to an appropriate standard job title as an FTE (cannot be an intern, independent contractor, FTC or vendor) and must be assigned a position number from the start date of their full-time employment

  • Early in career new hires will benefit from a curated journey of learning and development, the Microsoft Aspire Experience. This 1+ year learning and development journey will equip you with the skills and resources to thrive at Microsoft and achieve more. It’s designed to help you:
