    Qualifying global early in profession, interns, and LEAP hires, regardless of role or title, will be part of a rich, two-year learning and development journey called the Microsoft Aspire Experience with unique programming exclusively curated and designed to meet you where you are and will help guide you towards the career of your dreams.

  • Microsoft hires for all education levels, including Bachelors, Masters, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent, and PhD degrees. To be enrolled in the Microsoft Aspire Experience, you must meet the following criteria: 

    • Hired on a University requisition (hired through a University recruiter in our Global Talent Acquisition Team) or Leap apprentice FTE hire.
    • On-track to complete or within 12 months of graduation of a bachelors, masters or PhD upon hire date.
    • Be assigned to an appropriate standard job title as an FTE (cannot be an intern, independent contractor, FTC or vendor) and must be assigned a position number from the start date of their fulltime employment.
  • Early in profession new hires will benefit from a curated journey of learning and development, the Microsoft Aspire Experience. This two-year learning and development journey will equip you with the skills and resources to thrive at Microsoft and achieve more. It’s designed to help you: 

    • Foster a robust understanding of Microsoft’s business, culture, and values
