The Women Think Next event really opened my eyes to the impact I could have at Microsoft, the guests spoke about huge societal problems that Microsoft was solving with technology. The passion and experience of these women was incredible and after the event my biggest question was how can I get that experience? How can I follow their career paths?

This event was a key lever in providing insights, empowerment and such a valued avenue to understand the collective leadership vision, on how your individual contribution is truly respected, promoted and part of something bigger than ourselves. The opportunity resonated personally on many levels and aligned with mutual goals, direction, trust and diversity which was at the heart of enabling people to shine and achieve more.

Networking has been an avenue to create long-term relationships with many mutual benefits for me - from visibility to new career or business opportunities, learning new perspectives to strategize about my career plans or sometimes just a resource to guide my thinking. Women Think Next was an opportunity to hear from authentic leaders on tips to intentionally create my career path and set myself up for success.
